Reporting to the Head of Business Development, our CRM Manager will oversee our bespoke CRM system's operation, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency. Your role involves updating and maintaining the CRM database, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to optimise CRM functionality, and leading system administration and staff training. Your efforts will directly contribute to streamlining our sales processes and enhancing data-driven decision-making.

3D Visualiser

Reporting to the Managing Director, Chief Design Officer, and Team Design Directors as a 3D Visualiser, you will be at the forefront of creating industry-leading interior and exterior architectural renderings. Your role encompasses modelling fully detailed interior and exterior spaces, with a focus on lighting and texture mapping. Additionally, you’ll accessorise and detail models, help manage the Material and Model library, and help manage the render farm, ensuring Maris stays ahead with ‘cutting edge, market leading’ visuals.

Business Development Executive

Reporting to the Telesales Director, you will be responsible for making appointments, achieving weekly targets, and managing relationships with prospects. Specific tasks include appointment setting, database management, and engaging with networking opportunities, while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Lead Generation Specialist

Reporting to the Business Development Operations Manager and Telesales Director, you will play a key role in telesales, responsible for profiling over 3000 businesses, engaging in 40 daily conversations, making 300 calls or 2 hours of talk time daily, and generating 15 new qualified leads weekly.

Technical Director

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will proactively work with the design team and provide technical support, and deal with pricing and contract matters from tender stage to build stage to ensure each project is deliverable within the allotted client budget and programme.

Design Director

Reporting to the Managing Director and Chief Design Officer, you will oversee the design process, ensuring alignment with Maris' leading fit-out standards. Responsibilities will include assessing project design requirements, leading concept design and presentations, and collaborating with the project build team for successful implementation. Responsible for maintaining high standards, managing team workload, and continuously improving Maris' systems to exceed our client’s expectations.
